Today I went on a one day trip to Cambridge to vote in the Polish presidential elections. I didn't want to vote by post because it kind of scares me. I was quite suprised by how crowded Dom Polonia (which is a local club for Polish people in Cambridge) was. Especially comparing to the European Parliment elections (when I went to London to vote I saw only one person there). Dom Polonia is a small house located close to the city centre.
After voting we went to a Polish restaurant which was also there and I had beetroot soup with ravioli. They had quite a wide selection of Polish alcohols :) They don't offer too many dishes in their menu but the soup was really tasty so I can't complain.
Na zakończenie wesoła urna wyborcza i do zobaczenia! / Their cheerful ballot box. See you!
